The opportunity
Kandir is building the sales co-pilot for navigating complex B2B enterprise deals. At the core of our product is a trusted network of experienced enterprise Account Executives who share how the hardest deals actually get done.
This role is a 3-month contract designed for someone who wants real, hands-on experience in recruiting.
You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and building relationships with experienced enterprise sellers and bringing them into Kandir’s network. You will learn how outbound recruiting works in practice, how to qualify candidates, and how to build trust through thoughtful outreach.
This is not theoretical work. You will be sending messages, running conversations, and seeing results quickly. You will work directly with the founder, receive feedback often, and help shape the recruiting motion as Kandir scales.
For the right person, this contract can be a strong resume builder and a potential on-ramp to longer term opportunities as the company grows.

What success looks like
By the end of the contract:
- Consistent outbound recruiting running every week
- A meaningful number of new AEs recruited and contributing

Who this role is for
- Interested in recruiting, talent, or people operations
- Comfortable with outbound messaging and follow up
