☀️ Official Rules — Kandir Summer Sizzler Raffle ☀️

1. Eligibility

‍The Kandir Summer Sizzler Raffle (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and contractors of Kandir, Inc., and their immediate families or households are not eligible.

‍2. How to Enter
‍You may earn entries in the following ways:

Entries Awarded

Submit a Deep Dive for an account in Kandir’s database (must meet quality standards)

1 entry

Respond to a posted Intelligence Request (IR) and submit a matching Deep Dive

2 entries total

Be the first to review an unlisted Fortune 500 account (must be accepted)

1 entry + $75 reward

Refer another user who submits a qualifying Deep Dive using your referral link

1 entry per qualifying referral

3. Entry Requirements & Quality Standards

‍All submitted reviews must:
‍
• Contain meaningful, firsthand insight based on your own professional experience.
• Not contain false, misleading, AI-generated, plagiarized, or generic content.
• Adhere to Kandir’s internal Quality Control Guidelines (available upon request).
• Be approved by Kandir moderators for inclusion in the platform.

Kandir reserves the right to withhold entries for submissions deemed low quality, inauthentic, irrelevant, or created solely for the purpose of inflating raffle entries. Abuse of the platform, including spam submissions, impersonation, or manipulation, will result in disqualification and possible removal from Kandir.

‍4. Prize

‍One winner will be selected to receive a $1,000 cash prize, paid via PayPal or another method at Kandir’s discretion. If fewer than 20 valid reviews are submitted by all participants combined during the Promotion Period, Kandir reserves the right to withhold the prize and declare the Promotion void.

‍5. Winner Selection

‍The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around September 1, 2025, and notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 7 calendar days, or if eligibility cannot be verified, an alternate winner may be selected.

Winner must complete and return IRS Form W-9 before the prize is issued. Prize is considered taxable income.

‍6. General Conditions

• By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Kandir’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
• Kandir reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time without notice if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the raffle.
• Submitting false information or engaging in manipulation of the system will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any entries or rewards.

All decisions made by Kandir regarding eligibility, entry validation, and prize distribution are final.

7. Release & Limitation of Liability

‍By participating, you release Kandir, Inc., its affiliates, and its officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability arising from your participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.Kandir is not responsible for any:

• Technical errors or network interruptions
• Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
• Issues with third-party payment platforms like PayPal

8. Governing Law

‍This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dover, DE.
